As part of our tight-knit team you’ll play an integral role in helping to grow DIJGTAL APAC across a number of agency services and disciplines. Finding the sweet spot between technology, media, products and creativity. What you’ll do: Over the first 6 months as DIJGTAL’s business development lead for APAC, you will: Own the business development for APAC, understanding the business, clients and relationships, and working to create initiatives to deliver growth for the business. You will: Begin to drive meaningful revenue growth across our digital product and marketing services (with an immediate slant towards Product where possible). Identify and target high potential industries and verticals (fintech, SaaS, retail, etc) within APAC where DIJGTAL’s product services can make a significant impact. Develop tailored approaches for DIJGTAL’s product offerings (eg Websites, Products, Design Systems and Behavioural Insights) that deliver ROI and scalability. Build relationships with decision-makers at target companies, positioning DIJGTAL as a partner rather than a vendor. Drive cross-selling opportunities, leveraging DIJGTAL’s expertise in marketing and creative to complement product services. Identify and secure new business opportunities - not just client services, but potential joint venture opportunities. Explore opportunities for partnerships or joint ventures with complementary businesses that align with DIJGTAL’s core offerings. Evaluate and negotiate potential joint ventures by conducting feasibility studies, assessing ROI, and managing risks. Lead negotiations for partnerships, ensuring they align with long-term revenue goals and brand integrity. Build partnerships with complementary service providers to create a referral network that drives inbound leads. Working with the Brand Experience team, to identify approaches to strengthening relationships with key clients to expand and retain accounts. Act as a trusted advisor to other Department Leads and for key clients, conducting quarterly business reviews to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts. Anticipate client needs by staying updated on their industry trends and challenges, offering proactive solutions or expansions. Create and implement a feedback loop to ensure continuous improvement in client satisfaction and delivery. Collaborate with our leadership team to align business strategy and revenue goals. Refine DIJGTAL’s value proposition, focusing on differentiation in the APAC market. Translate strategic goals into actionable business development initiatives and measurable KPIs. Provide market insights and competitor analysis to inform decision-making and service refinement. Build scalable sales processes and strategies to support sustainable growth. Standardise the sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion so that you can track and optimise performance. Develop training and enablement materials for the team and future hires to ensure consistent practices. Help develop business both in Australia, and across other international locations where it makes sense to do so. Identify markets with growth potential, such as emerging economies in APAC or niche opportunities in North America and other international markets. Build partnerships with local agencies or consultants to establish a presence without requiring significant upfront investment. Be able to work and conduct market analysis across other regions globally, utilising opportunities where it makes sense, and making recommendations based on insights. Ongoing: Be a master of stakeholder management and communication. You are regularly checking in as you execute your plan and providing an update to stakeholders. You have a test and learn mentality, constantly evolving your approach to improve response rates and effectiveness. Setup and attend meetings both in person and via video conferencing as necessary. Work collaboratively with all levels of staff across multiple regions. Opportunities and clients can be across multiple time zones, you are adaptable to these factors and are self-managed.
