You will be the accountable executive lead for the nursing and midwifery professions to deliver fully on the strategic objectives and service operational priorities of FSFHG. You will provide FSFHG Executive with all professional, leadership and senior management oversight to nursing, midwifery, and volunteer services. You will also develop, foster, and support a nursing and midwifery culture aligned to SMHS values that promotes and supports clinical excellence through education, ongoing clinical quality improvement and professional development for the nursing and midwifery profession. Area Profile SMHS delivers quality, safe and effective hospital and health services within a catchment area stretching more than 3300 square kilometres across the southern half of Perth. SMHS oversees several key health facilities, including Fiona Stanley Hospital (FSH), a 783-bed tertiary hospital providing diverse services, and Fremantle Hospital, a 300-bed facility focused on aged care and mental health.
