Base pay range A$151,827.00/yr - A$164,428.00/yr 1 x Permanent Full Time Position Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents only. About the Role As the Director Portfolio Management Office, you will be responsible for coordination and delivery of planning, portfolio management, change management and performance reporting frameworks across Lotterywest and Healthway initiatives. The position provides strategic assurance and support to the Executive and other internal stakeholders, leading and implementing guiding project management frameworks and methodologies across the organisation. The key focus areas of the position are: Prioritisation: Provide high level advice and insights to Executive to support prioritisation of all portfolios of work to ensure alignment with strategic goals and objectives. Project support: Establish and maintain key program and project management practices, processes and frameworks to ensure consistency and compliance to optimise delivery of work across the organisation. Project Assurance: Provide independent reporting and high level advice to project sponsors, steering committees, Corporate Executive and the Board. Change Management: Provides oversight over change management strategies and plans to ensure support for change within the business and with external impacted groups. Performance reporting: Coordinates and drives portfolio reporting to monitor program performance and identify emerging issues; providing independent, evidence-based advice to Executive. Corporate Planning: Provide oversight for the developing and maintaining Lotterywest’s business planning and performance reporting function. Relationship Management: Foster collaborative and productive stakeholder relationships. Continuous Improvement: Support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
