Ongoing Opportunity in Fair Trading NSW Offices are located in Haymarket, Parramatta, and Gosford, with applications welcomed from candidates across NSW. About the Role In this role, you will lead the delivery of customer-focused mediation services and oversee compliance and enforcement outcomes across the property sector. Your strategic leadership will ensure the effective investigation of breaches and the implementation of robust regulatory frameworks that uphold community safety and improve industry performance. This role offers the opportunity to shape the property sector's regulatory landscape, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement in line with government priorities. You will work closely with divisional and government stakeholders, including the Strata and Property Services Commissioner, the Rental Commissioner, and key regulatory bodies. This role will oversee a diverse team of specialists, driving high-performance outcomes across mediation, compliance, and investigations. Role Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic regulatory programs that meet community expectations and enhance industry compliance across strata, real estate, and property services sectors. Drive collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including divisional leaders, industry representatives, and law enforcement agencies, to enhance regulatory effectiveness. Oversee professional conduct and regulatory initiatives, such as repairs and maintenance in strata and fair trading regulatory programs, fostering improved practices across the sector. Champion innovative change management initiatives to uplift operational efficiency, embedding a customer-centric approach in all processes. Does this Sound Like You? Advanced stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders, industry representatives, and regulatory entities to achieve shared objectives. Strategic thinking and problem-solving expertise, with a track record of implementing innovative regulatory solutions that align with organizational and government priorities.
