Opportunity to work in a dynamic team supporting key government commitments to addressing student disengagement and providing state-wide strategic direction to the delivery of strategic initiatives and programs. This includes making reasonable adjustments to support applicants at all stages of the process and employee lifecycle.Your Role As the Director, Engagement you will design, lead, oversee and influence the statewide implementation of a range of strategic government initiatives that support all learners to achieve and remain engaged in learning.The role may be responsible for leading a number of the following engagement initiatives and programs: Student, Child and Family Connect Regional Youth Engagement Service Intensive Education Case Management Education Justice Initiative Youth Support Coordinator Initiative Policing in schools FlexiSpace program Link and Launch Quality alternative learning programs and procedures. Your experience in program management, change management, evaluation, governance, consultation, negotiating with influence and collaborative partnerships will position you well to succeed in this work, along with your knowledge of, or demonstrated ability to develop a comprehensive working knowledge of, student engagement challenges and systemic responses.Other emergent temporary opportunities at the Director level within the Engagement team may be recruited through this process.Interested?
