Lead with impact at the Shire of East Pilbara as the Director of Corporate Services. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll drive financial strategy, governance, and digital transformation while overseeing finance, IT, records, and corporate planning.As a key member of the Executive Team, you’ll provide strategic leadership, manage high-level projects, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance service delivery. Your expertise in financial management, compliance, and operational efficiency will be instrumental in shaping the Shire’s future.About You: Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Business, or Commerce. Minimum 5 years’ leadership experience in finance and corporate services (Local Government Experience is essential for this position). Strong knowledge of financial management, governance, and IT systems. Proven ability to develop budgets, financial models, and strategic plans. Excellent stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Understanding of local government operations and statutory requirements.
