For further information, visit . About the Role MIEACT has an opportunity for a passionate Director of Corporate Services to join their team in Canberra. Reporting to the CEO, this pivotal role will be responsible for overseeing corporate services, governance, and a range of operational functions. Additionally, you'll be responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of the organisation’s strategic objectives and aims. Key Responsibilities: Oversee corporate services and governance. Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic objectives. Manage operational functions and administrative systems. Build and maintain effective relationships with Executive/Board members and stakeholders. Analyse complex issues and develop options and solutions. Manage a small team and budgets. Drive a responsive service delivery culture. Minimum Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you will possess tertiary qualifications in a related discipline and have significant demonstrated experience in corporate governance, operational management, and managing programs. You will have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships. Importantly, you will have strong resilience and a positive approach to corporate governance.
