Director of Digital ServicesFull-time Temporary Details: Under general and/or limited direction, this position is multi-facetted taking on the role of Director of Digital Services. This role will oversee functions associated with ICT Operations, Project Management, and Technical Lead; but also, actively contribute. Serving the ACT Government Directorates under a business partner model, the role is expected to liaise, negotiate, and coordinate with users, customers, vendors, and key stakeholders on a range of different information technology projects and challenges. The role ensures strategic alignment to the Directorate, DDTS and ACT Government initiatives. A person within this role would be expected to set work priority, develop work procedures and practices, deliver project outcomes, specification documents and relevant artefacts. The role supports the advancement of technology within the Directorate and provides strategic ICT knowledge in line with business objectives. The role will supervise a multidisciplinary team of both direct and indirect reporting staff.
