Leadership opportunity to join NAB’s Strategic Business Services team based in NSW. Utilise your passion and risk background to make an impact to our customers and across the business. In this Director of Strategic Business Services role, you will: Be a cultural lead for the SBS team and manage a portfolio of large complex business and corporate customers that are in financial difficulty. Manage categorised asset exposures in accordance with policy and procedure. Provide skilled advice to B&PB and C&IB in the management of credit and lending issues. Support capability uplift of the broader SBS team and bankers. Maintain DCA for ongoing accreditation. What you’ll bring: Strong people leadership experience and in a role exercising credit authority in Corporate Lending. Advanced knowledge and experience in managing impaired assets and understanding of associated regulatory requirements, including Corporations Act, Bankruptcy Act and Banking Code of Practice. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability in making risk-based decisions. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact, influence and work with multiple stakeholders. A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone.
