This role is responsible for a large team, delivering program and service delivery outcomes, including monitoring workloads and quality control processes to sustain outputs, high quality decision making, drive productivity, and deliver continuous process improvement. The Tasmanian State Manager is a key leadership role for the Immigration Programs Division and the Department of Home Affairs, expected to contribute significantly to corporate efforts in Hobart.
