About the role We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity to share with you. We are seeking Disability Support workers located throughout Melbourne and surrounding suburbs. We are looking for Support Workers that will provide high-quality care and assistance to our clients in their own homes and the community. Your key responsibilities Our team is looking for a dedicated and passionate Disability Support Worker who can undertake the following key responsibilities: Community access Personal care Continence management Medication administration Domestic assistance About you To join the team, we are looking for the following skills and experience: Previous disability experience (minimum 2 years) Minimum Certificate 3 in health care PEG management Current First aid and CPR NDIS Screening Card NDIS Orientation Module Manual handling certificate (or willing to obtain) PEG competency certificate (or willing to obtain) Medication certificate (or willing to obtain) We are also looking for someone with great communication skills, who works well in a team, has a caring and supportive nature, and is client-focused.
