About the opportunity The Display Home Administration Coordinator reports to the Interior Design Manager and is part of the MJH NSW ACT Display Home Interior Design team. In this highly rewarding role, your focus will be to provide administrative support relating to display home design priorities. More specifically, your responsibilities will include: Perform administrative functions such as BusinessCraft, Laserfiche, Clipsal & Adobe Photoshop Provide accurate and timely administrative support including filing documentation Requesting product samples from suppliers whilst building and maintaining long term relationships Supporting the display home team with administrative tasks Prepare documentation for presentations as briefed by the Interior Design Manager About you To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the purpose and core values of MJH and NEX Group along with: A commitment to high quality and attention to detail Demonstrating strong planning and organising skills and the ability to meet deadlines Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adaptability to multitask An ability to effectively communicate with suppliers and cross functional departments Experience working with Microsoft Office Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, ideally within Interior Design or has an interest in interior design Desired: experience with BusinessCraft, Clipsal, Adobe Photoshop & Laserfische Our commitment We believe that our employee community is a key strength of our organisation, and we aim to attract the best talent to achieve our strategic goal of being Australia’s number one leading home builder and Employer of Choice in our sector.
