Posted: 1/20/2025 - Application Deadline: 2/28/2025 Wetherill Park (NSW), Australia | req15223 What you will enjoy doing You will support the administration activities required to fulfill and complete the delivery of product to depots, customers and retail outlets within the zone and interstate. Your role plays a key part in vehicle maintenance management, drivers runs, and continuous improvement activities. Ensure compliance to Linde standards, local regulations, and contracted terms & conditions. Report non-compliances to Linde standards and/or local regulations to the business. Coordinate and monitor the vehicle maintenance and ensure it is carried out within the required timeframe. Liaise with the customer service, scheduler, and/or account managers to support customer enquiries and deliveries. Manage and organize any urgent/same-day customer requests. Manage any ad hoc orders outside of schedule that may require engaging an outside resource. What makes you great Professional and technical competence surrounding transport operations. Previous experience within logistics operations. Experience in managing maintenance of vehicles. Ability to influence and effectively communicate business needs. Knowledge of large-scale transport scheduling systems and processes. Ability to gather and analyze information from a diverse set of sources. Skilled in the use of MS suite and adapt to learn new IT systems.
