About the Role: We are currently seeking a motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our Statewide Bearings team in Somerton! This full-time position offers working within a highly motivated team and an attractive salary and bonus package. Your main duties/key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Accurately record warehouse staff working hours and report to payroll. Manage personal and annual leave balances for warehouse staff. Assign tasks and deploy employees to positions that best utilise their skills for efficient task completion. Conduct performance reviews on warehouse staff and provide feedback. Communicate clearly to other departments with issues and opportunities as they arise. Manage branch and customer feedback to resolve issues in a timely manner. Accurately record stock receival, movements and distribute information as required. Ensure cleanliness of warehouse. Ensure safety and security of product both within the warehouse and en route to branches by adhering to packing standards. Remain up to date with the maintenance of branch vehicles and plant assets. To be successful in the role the applicant will need: Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office. Proactive, self-motivated, highly organised with excellent time management skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work as a part of a team. Reliable and punctual. High achieving, ambitious and results-oriented. Detail-focused and methodical.
