What You’ll Do: Lead, develop, and support the team Oversee daily operations, including rostering, task coverage, and service delivery. Build team capability and ensure a positive, engaging work environment through hands-on leadership. Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and service outcomes. Be a key point of contact for post-sales support, service inquiries, and demo requests. What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of leadership experience in Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, Med Tech, Pharma, or similar industries. A strong passion for team development and delivering exceptional customer service. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
