Job Description Drive sales growth and profitability in the NSW region, focusing on new business development Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients Develop and implement effective sales strategies Collaborate with the sales team to maximise sales opportunities Deliver presentations and demonstrate product features to clients Keep abreast of the Safety industry trends and market developments Monitor and report on sales performance analytics Use Salesforce to manage client relationships and sales activities The Successful Applicant A successful District Sales Manager should have: 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the Industrial Safety industry Strong customer service and relationship building skills Ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software Ability to work effectively in a team environment Experience with detection systems is a plus!
