The District Sales Manager role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and grow sales across Victoria, South Australia, and Tasmania. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you’ll be a pivotal player in driving sales strategies, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving regional sales targets. This role requires you to develop and implement tailored market strategies, focusing on expanding the organisation’s footprint across key territories. A significant part of your role will involve building and maintaining relationships with distributors, resellers, and end-users, positioning our client as the go-to solution for industrial lifting needs. You will also play a vital part in delivering product training to internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring technical knowledge and application are of the highest standard. To succeed, you will have a proven track record in B2B sales and channel distribution, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sectors. A minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role, combined with exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills, will be essential. You will bring a solutions-focused mindset, strong technical aptitude, and the ability to proactively respond to market trends. Proficiency in CRM tools and the Microsoft Office suite is also required.
