Then look no further. This is for two (2) Permanent Full Time appointments. What is our Divisional Senior Administrative Officer role? The Divisional Senior Administrative Officer is responsible for the effective coordination and provision of a range of high-level office administrative services and local project management support within the Cancer, Imaging & Clinical Services or Specialty & Ambulatory Services. This includes support to the Co-Directors and leadership team including preparation of discussion papers, briefing notes, responses to consumers, Ministerials and Parliamentary questions. Undertakes project support as directed. Area Profile Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital (SCGH) is one of Australia's leading teaching tertiary hospitals. It has more than 600 beds and employs about 5500 staff who treat more than 420,000 patients each year. SCGH provides a comprehensive range of clinical services including trauma, emergency and critical care, orthopaedics, general medicine, general surgery and cardiac care. It is home to WA's only comprehensive cancer centre – the largest cancer treatment centre in the State – and is the State's principal hospital for neurosurgery and liver transplants. Osborne Park Hospital (OPH) is a specialist hospital that provides specialist rehabilitation and aged care services and younger adult rehabilitation, surgical services and maternity services. Each of the specialties has a dedicated Allied Health Services Team. Supporting these specialties are hospital-wide infection prevention and control, inpatient and community services, diabetes, pharmacy, pathology and radiology services. OPH is part of the SCGOPHCG within the North Metropolitan Health Service and has the longest accreditation of any metropolitan hospital in Western Australia.
