Our Values We Put People First We Are Solution Focused We Are Genuine The Role As a Draftsperson / Designer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our design and drafting team in delivering high-quality custom home projects. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys balancing technical expertise with creative design input. You will work closely with our construction and design teams to ensure a seamless workflow and efficient project execution. Responsibilities Prepare Detailed Drawings Prepare and refine working drawings from concept stage Ensure drawings are completed in a timely manner to avoid project delays. Cross reference all available information ie – Engineering. Design Support Create high-quality renderings to assist with client presentations and marketing materials. Strong proficiency in Photoshop & Lumion is highly valued. Support the interior design process through detailed sketching before finalizing with suppliers. Software Proficiency Revit – Strong proficiency required for working and variation drawings. Photoshop – Preferred for rendering and presentation materials. Lumion – Advantageous for high-quality visualizations. About You We’re looking for a dedicated and proactive Draftsperson / Designer who is passionate about delivering high-quality custom homes. To succeed in this role, you will: Have experience in residential drafting and design. Be proficient in Revit, Photoshop, and ideally Lumion. Possess strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills. Be comfortable working collaboratively across teams while managing independent tasks efficiently. Have an understanding of residential construction workflows and project schedules. Bring creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for aesthetics in design.
