Work with a dynamic and high performing team Make your mark working on Tier 1 and Tier 2 Civil, Commercial and Residential Projects 2 Locations - Fairfield and Blacktown Our client is seeking a skilled Draftsperson to join their team and support the design of shop drawings for precast and pre-stressed concrete products. This role involves working on various construction projects, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Prepare shop and production drawings, ensuring they align with project specifications. Review and analyze tender documents to provide accurate, cost-effective design proposals. Monitor and control documentation flow, including drawing layouts and transmittals. Use collaborative tools like Aconex to submit and coordinate designs. Mentor and train junior staff, fostering teamwork and professional growth. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to planning. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Qualifications: Strong technical drawing and design skills. Intermediate to advanced experience with AutoCAD . Ability to analyze specifications and deliver accurate estimates. Experience with Aconex and other design tools. Knowledge of precast concrete products and construction practices. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
