The role involves delivery and collection of brand new and used vehicles to and from our OEM partners. This role also requires exemplary customer service skills when delivering and collecting vehicles from our customers' premises. This includes vehicle handover, vehicle demonstrations, and walkthroughs as required, handover paperwork and returns paperwork. You are required to build key working relationships with all internal stakeholders and display the Autonexus image in the best light at all times. Key Responsibilities Developing a thorough understanding then maintaining the Autonexus Occupational Health and Safety policy in conjunction with all internal and external stakeholders. Displaying a positive safety attitude and engaging colleagues to ensure we all uphold the values, policies and culture in relation to Occupational Health and Safety. Providing a market-leading experience for our customers ensuring that at all times, the things we do positively impact their experience and make that experience seamless and bespoke. Execute the safe loading, securing and transport of new and used vehicles with skill, passion and safety front of mind at all times. Ensure at times, appearance of both person and equipment is paramount. Dedication and passion for vehicle presentation including washing as required. Exceptional personal hygiene a must. Qualifications/Requirements MSIC (or willingness to obtain) BFM Certificate (or willingness to obtain) Truck driving experience Exceptional OHS standards Manual handling and load restraint experience highly required (training also provided) Some early starts or later finishes are required so flexibility is key.
