Join us on this exciting journey and be a part of something truly special!Responsibilities High levels of Sales, Service & Standards for customers and branch Sales responsibility A strong knowledge of pharmacy products and services Cash management duties Adhering to company standards and procedures Merchandising and Marketing Purchasing and Stock Control as per company policy Dealing with sales representatives Support colleagues working elsewhere in the branch as needed Skills And Experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent sales skills and customer service required Delivering sales targets Friendly and approachable Positive attitude A helpful and courteous manner Willing to work as part of a team Qualification in Retail or similar experience Pharmacy experience preferred Retail experience advantageous Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays, when required Fluency in English Package Competitive salary Various learning & development opportunities, with a view to applying for our Trainee Retail Management Programme combining on-the-job training with a formal 2-year retail supervisor apprenticeship Quarterly monetary incentives Flexible working hours Recognition days Employee discounts Corporate social responsibility initiatives Company-wide and branch social events We are an equal opportunities employer.
