About the opportunity As part of the Marketing team, the Dynamics 365 Email Automation & Marketing Specialist works closely with the Brand Marketing Managers and reports to the Group Marketing Manager. The key focus of this role is to manage electronic direct mail (EDM) and email campaigns allowing us to maximise marketing initiatives through developing automated journeys and capitalising on audience segmentation to boost engagement. More specifically, you will: Design and optimise email campaigns that are personalised to target audiences Complete audience segmentation by dividing audiences into groups and crafting content for each group Use automation tools in Dynamics 365 to tailor messages based on user preferences and behaviour Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance marketing efficiency and optimisation Track metrics like open rates and unsubscribes to gauge campaign effectiveness and report to the marketing team about campaign performance Ensure email workflows integrate seamlessly with other marketing efforts Conduct competitive market research to optimise existing strategies Develop and maintain functionality to ensure compliance with data protection and cyber security regulations. About you You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values: better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger. In addition, you will: 3+ years experience in marketing automation and analytics Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 with the ability to configure and manage Dynamics 365 Marketing including EDM, email campaigns, customer journeys and real-time marketing Proven experience in marketing campaign management and email automation focusing on lead capture and lead nurturing campaigns Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders of all levels Creative mindset with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies that resonate with target audience groups Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive marketing decisions.
