Our Warrigal Road Store comprises of 3 main departments: the full-price retail store, a clearance store, and an online E-Store. This is a multi-faceted role that requires an analytical, proactive management style. Warrigal Road is not only the largest in our retail network but also serves as one of Wittner's key distribution centers for online sales. What it's like to be a Store Manager at Wittner You passionately lead and coach your teams in all aspects of retail and sales. You plan and achieve budgeted sales through efficient and effective management of your team. Strategically plan and implement processes in all areas across this superstore environment. Together with your team, you create a customer experience that is second to none. With online order fulfillment being a key component of the business, you oversee the smooth running of the e-store, promoting accuracy and efficiency as a priority and empowering women to Walk Tall.
