EA to Regional Manager | Top-Tier Construction Firm Renowned Construction Firm on Sydney's Lower North Shore Permanent Full-Time | Office Based + WFH 1 day a week $120k Package + Car Parking Spot The Opportunity Our client is a respected and well-established construction leader, with a nationwide portfolio of impressive projects. On offer is a full-time permanent Executive Assistant opportunity to support the Regional Manager, who requires a mature minded and considered individual, with strong communication and administration skills! This is an opportunity to work with a down-to-earth and well-respected leader and collaborative team, to make a real impact on exciting national projects.The Responsibility Your daily responsibilities as EA to the Regional Manager will include, but are not limited to:High level calendar management; Travel arranging, particularly across NSW; Schedule coordination and arranging meetings with precision and efficiency; Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion; Being the key interface with clients and ensuring seamless communication; Coordination of events and functions as necessary. The Expertise The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 + years of similar EA experience, with a strong preference for those coming from the construction / property or professional services sector. You will be highly detail-orientated with the ability to handle a range of tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. In addition to your technical skills, you will be a confident and polished communicator, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels from senior management to clients and external partners.
