About our team Regional Operations | Ac East | Trade & Travel East | Various East Command has responsibility for the operational delivery of the ABF's mission to protect Australia's border through enabling legitimate trade and travel, as well as through enforcement activities in NSW and ACT. Duties and responsibilities An EL1 Inspector would generally be required to: Lead high performing teams, in complex and often high-pressure situations, with rapidly changing priorities. Coordinate and undertake detailed or sensitive projects impacting strategic, political or operational outcomes for the agency. Possess a high level of technical, operational or policy knowledge and experience negotiating favourable outcomes with other work areas. Actively manage key stakeholder relationships within and outside the ABF. Display excellent written communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate complex ideas and outcomes in a clear, concise and logical manner.
