EL1 Applications Delivery and Service Manager About the opportunity AUSTRAC, Australia’s financial intelligence agency, is evolving to strengthen its fight against money laundering and terrorism financing. As we expand our regulatory reach and broaden our digital transformation, we're seeking a Delivery and Application Service Manager to lead the delivery, enhancement, and support of critical business applications. In this role, you’ll oversee application services, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless, secure, and efficient technology solutions. Your leadership and knowledge of various agile methodologies will be key in fostering innovation, optimising service delivery, and supporting the agency’s evolving digital landscape.
