Your key responsibilities include:Collaborating with senior leadership to implement HR strategies that align with the organisation’s goals Lead the design and delivery of learning and development initiatives that address workforce capability gaps and prepare the agency for future challenges Leading projects to improve performance management, workforce planning, and capability development Providing expert advice on managing complex people matters such as performance, wellbeing, and organisational change Developing and implementing cultural initiatives, including diversity and inclusion programs Mentoring managers and HR staff, fostering the growth of HR capability across the organisation The Ideal Person You are an experienced HR professional with a strong background in generalist HR roles. Your expertise spans key areas such as capability development, performance management, and driving cultural initiatives.You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments where your strategic input has a direct impact on organisational success.
