People & Culture Generalist (6 month contract) People and culture Full-time Location: Hybrid | Sydney, NSW, AU · Around 3 days a week. Office in Martin Place. About the role The key purpose of this role is to support HR activities within your region and across the business where required. This role will work closely with the P&C Manager and Talent Acquisition team to support and deliver on activities across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, compliance, and general HR activities. What you'll be responsible for People and Culture Project Coordination: Coordinate people and processes to ensure the effective and timely running of a project. Performance Management: Support managers in setting expectations, providing feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans. Recruitment Coordination: Coordinate meetings and events and align parties throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Skills you'll need Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exist in information and deliverables. Compares and ranks the relative importance &/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions. Resilience: Bounces back from stressful experiences while being optimistic, emotionally aware, and adapts to change.
