Your new company We are seeking experienced professionals to join our dynamic team responsible for managing end-to-end labour hire contracts. This team is focused on building enterprise procurements for labour hire, with significant growth anticipated, including the addition of over 300 new contractors. Your new role Manage the full life cycle of labour hire contracts, with less emphasis on commercial aspects. Oversee ICT labour hire, software, and hardware procurement processes. Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations, including the Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs) and the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability (PGPA) Act. Apply knowledge of People Panel, BUYICT, and Digital Marketplace (DMP) in procurement activities. Understand and implement exemptions under Division 2, Appendix A of the CPRs, particularly regarding the Australian Signals Directorate (ASD). Maintain probity and adhere to PGPA Rules, including Sections 18 and 25-29. Integrate Procurement Connected Policies, such as the Indigenous Procurement Policy (IPP) and the Workplace Gender Equality Act, into daily operations. What you'll need to succeed In-depth knowledge of procurement processes and relevant policies. Strong understanding of the CPRs, PGPA Act, and associated rules. Resilience and the ability to showcase examples of work demonstrating this quality. Qualifications in procurement, such as a Certificate IV in Procurement, are highly desirable.
