Opportunity – Novaskill is proud to partner with various local businesses to offer multiple Carpentry Apprenticeships. These opportunities provide practical, on-the-job training along with continuous mentoring and support to help reach your career goals and unlock your full potential. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or those looking for a career change to gain valuable hands-on experience while working full-time and completing a Certificate III in Carpentry over the course of four years. About you – We are seeking enthusiastic new recruits who: Are team players with strong collaboration skills. Show initiative, motivation, and a proactive approach. Hold a valid white card. Have a driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle. Possess a positive, “can-do” attitude. Duties & Responsibilities – Communicate professionally and warmly with clients. Provide daily job updates to the business owner. Work efficiently to meet project deadlines. Collaborate with other carpenters and tradespeople and work independently when necessary. Follow instructions from a remote supervisor. Measure job requirements and inspect completed work for quality. The ideal Candidate – You are motivated, organized, and have a strong work ethic. You are eager to learn, grow, and advance in your career. You take pride in delivering high-quality, detail-oriented work. You are reliable, punctual, and an effective communicator.
