Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with industrial instruments, the Fair Work Act, providing clear and practical advice. Lead enterprise bargaining negotiations across various operational segments. Build and maintain strong working relationships with unions, internal stakeholders, and client representatives. Represent the business in Fair Work Commission matters and manage complex workplace issues. Develop and implement strategies to enhance workplace efficiencies and support business objectives. Key Criteria: Solid experience in employee and industrial relations, including enterprise bargaining and dispute resolution. Strong understanding of industrial legislation, enterprise agreements, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage at all levels. Adaptable, pragmatic, and solutions-focused, with a hands-on approach. Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
