We are seeking a proactive and dedicated ERP Administrator - NetSuite to join our IT Team on a Full-time basis. What’s the role? As an ERP Administrator - NetSuite , you will be responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of the NetSuite Platform, and supporting the suite of associated corporate applications and integrations. This is to provide a practical, sustainable, efficient and ‘front of business’ technology platform for Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint, ensuring policies, procedures and standards are implemented to allow for seamless financial services across the business. Primary responsibilities will include: Develop and maintain financial and inventory management solutions Design and implement custom workflows to automate business processes Customise forms, templates and portals to meet business requirements Create and manage data interfaces with external systems Plan and execute NetSuite upgrades Provide technical support and resolve user issues Manage platform security, user permissions and licensing Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator Strong knowledge of SuiteCloud platform capabilities Experience with report creation and saved searches Workflow configuration and automation expertise Understanding of data import/export methodologies What we need from you: We need someone with a proven track record of NetSuite administration and knowledge of SuiteCloud. SuiteScript development skills, an understanding of RF-Smart Inventory Management system, and familiarity with Workday Adaptive would also be an advantage.
