IT Project Manager (NetSuite & ERP)

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with NetSuite expertise to oversee the development, implementation, and management of a new manufacturing site. This hands-on role combines IT project management with NetSuite administration and development, ensuring that technology processes align seamlessly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for managing NetSuite ERP operations, troubleshooting system issues, overseeing integrations, and ensuring business processes are optimized. Work closely with business stakeholders to drive impactful IT transformations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute IT project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Manage resources, risks, and stakeholder communication to drive project success. Foster change management, ensuring smooth adoption of new IT systems and processes. Track project KPIs, analyze trends, and provide insightful reports to leadership. Work closely with business users to ensure proper system functionality and workflow adherence. NetSuite System Administration & Development Manage day-to-day NetSuite ERP operations, maintenance, customization, and scripting. Troubleshoot NetSuite issues, ensuring efficient system performance. Develop and configure NetSuite workflows, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and other NetSuite tools. Maintain user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings in compliance with SOX and segregation of duties. Partner with business teams to enhance system processes and support operational needs. System Integration & Support Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to integrate NetSuite with other business systems and third-party applications. Support EDI/Boomi integrations for seamless data flow. Work on Shopify integrations, including scripting, troubleshooting, and reporting. Ensure labeling functions are managed both technically and operationally. Provide technical troubleshooting for NetSuite, MES, automation, and supply chain tools. Business Process Optimization Partner with finance, shared services, supply chain, operations, and production teams to optimize NetSuite functionality. Analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements. Lead training sessions for end-users to ensure effective system utilization. Compliance & Documentation Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, customizations, and integrations. Ensure system compliance with SOX404 standards, IT General Controls, and Change Management policies. Generate and deliver reports and dashboards to aid in decision-making and internal audits. Qualifications: Education & Certification: Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. Highly Desired: NetSuite Certifications. Experience: 5+ years of IT project management experience, with a strong track record in ERP implementations. 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience, including SuiteScript development. Experience with NetSuite manufacturing functionality (Work Orders, WIP, Costing, BOMs). Knowledge of SuiteAnalytics, SuiteCloud, SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteBundler. Experience in manufacturing environments preferred. Strong documentation skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Experience with web technologies, APIs, and third-party system integrations is a plus.
