About the role: Reporting to the ERP Specialist, the ERP Analyst (AU/NZ) will play a key role in optimising and maintaining our ERP systems, ensuring they align with business needs and operational processes. You’ll work closely with teams across Australia and New Zealand to deliver impactful business improvement projects and provide ongoing support. In this important hands-on role, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day management and enhancement of our ERP systems, ensuring their effectiveness and integration with other business tools. Key Responsibilities: Administering, maintaining, and optimising the ERP systems to ensure data integrity. Aligning ERP functionality with business needs and developing solutions for system improvements. Providing functional and technical support to users, troubleshooting and resolving ERP system issues. Gathering and analysing business requirements from stakeholders, documenting processes, and designing ERP solutions. Assisting in the implementation of new ERP modules and managing data migrations. Implementing ERP system configurations and setups through effective change management processes. Overseeing ERP upgrades, patch testing, and rollouts. Maintaining daily system operations and supporting data upload requirements. Designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining ERP system configurations and customisations. Supporting external application integrations with ERP modules to improve process efficiency. Collaborating with vendors on ERP requirements, raising and escalating issues as needed. Managing account roles, profiles, and security administration within the ERP system. Preparing and maintaining ERP system documentation and providing support for the IT service desk on ERP-related tickets. Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience in an ERP Analyst role, focusing on business process improvements. A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (MIS, IT, Business, Computer Science, Commerce, Accounting) is preferred, but not mandatory. Hands-on experience in ERP implementation and integration. Strong data analytics and reporting experience (SQL, SSRS, Crystal Reports). Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Tableau, Power BI, MS Excel, MS Access).
