Deployment LeadOur client is undergoing a major transformation program. We are looking for a experienced seasoned deployment lead to spearhead the deployment of a new, state-of-the-art ERP system (Microsoft D365). This is your chance to be at the forefront of change and leave a lasting impact on a major player in the Australian market. We are looking for an experienced deployment lead to spearhead the deployment of a new, state-of-the-art ERP system. You'll be leading detailed planning and execution of deployment, cutover and post-implementation support and take the lead from end of testing to plan and manage the deployment phase. Role*Lead the national rollout of the new ERP system, ensuring alignment with program objectives.*Build and manage a high-performing team focused on delivering results and continuous improvement.*Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for a seamless deployment.*Collaborate with stakeholders across departments, vendors, and partners to mitigate risks and drive success.*Champion a culture of innovation and incorporate lessons learned into future projectsExperience*A minimum of 10 years experience in ERP, including 5 years leading large-scale national deployments like SAP, MS Dynamics or similar.*Strong leadership skills, the ability to influence, and a collaborative approach.*Excellent project management skills, ideally with experience in Microsoft Project and DevOps tools.Bonus points if you have:*Experience with ERP deployments within the FMCG, Retail, and Wholesale industry is essential.*A solid understanding of complex business operations.*A passion for innovation and finding creative solutions2-3 days a week onsite in Sydney required with some travel nationally from time to time.
