You'll be at the forefront of designing and implementing scalable, harmonised processes that support efficient business operations across diverse agencies. What you’ll do As the Organisation Management Solution Lead, you will: Create scalable, innovative designs for the myWorkZone platform, harmonising processes and reducing customisations. Manage the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements, timelines, and budgets. Work with cross-functional teams to integrate programs, policies, and processes effectively. Facilitate workshops, document processes, and support data migration for seamless solution implementation. Offer advanced-level support and insights to ensure solutions are sustainable and impactful. Implement continuous monitoring strategies to maintain data quality and ensure project success. This role focuses on delivering innovative, scalable solutions that align with organisational needs and industry best practices. What we’re looking for Expertise in SAP Functional Solutions. Proven ability to manage complex projects, from development to implementation, while meeting timelines and budgets. Capability to design harmonised, scalable solutions that address diverse business requirements with minimal customizations. Exceptional skills in working with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to align goals and ensure successful outcomes. A proactive approach to evaluating processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and delivering data-driven insights. Experience in facilitating workshops, supporting process adoption, and implementing effective change strategies.
