This key position will manage the ongoing availability, maturity and effectiveness of Finance & Technology ERP systems to help drive business performance and operational efficiencies. Working closely with internal stakeholders, SMEs, decision makers, vendors and our technology division, this role will partner with our organisation as a trusted business advisor and change-champion. What are we looking for? Proven system administration experience with Technology One ERP systems particularly Financials and Corporate Performance Management modules in a fast-paced environment Technical experience with ETL’s and BPA Ability to conceptualise and understand data models and data flows within systems Curiosity and a drive to learn new skills Strong understanding of business processes in finance, HR, procurement, etc. Ability to translate business needs into technical configurations. Strong problem-solving skills, using a methodical and creative approach with critical thinking to resolve system issues Continuously identifying areas for improvement and the ability to work autonomously Clear and concise communication skills both written and verbal What will your key responsibilities include? Collaborating with end-users to understand system requirements and resolve issues. Customising system settings to align with business needs. Troubleshooting and solving technical problems to ensure system efficiency. Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive solutions. Using strong communication skills to influence the business and be the go-to expert. Performing system maintenance, customisations, and configurations to meet user requirements. Managing incidents efficiently, ensuring adherence to SLAs, and escalating issues when necessary. Vendor Management: Overseeing vendor relationships, ensuring adherence to SLAs, resolving escalated issues, and fostering collaborative partnerships. Supporting project teams in successfully deploying major ERP-related business solutions into production. What can you expect from us?
