Salary: Above Award Wages + Performance Based Reviews Location: Barolin Street Bundaberg Employment Type: FP - Full-Time Permanent Department: IT Senior Analyst Programmer - Banking & Lend Sys Serving as the main point of contact for our in-house loan application processors, you will be required to analyse and troubleshoot user enquiries for system performance or technical assistance in person, via phone, chat or email. Within this role, you will be required to analyse system performance, gather business requirements and respond to user requests via our in-house communication channels. Based on the information provided to you, you will research and determine the best solution using the various information resources available to you. Key Responsibilities Analyse and troubleshoot user enquiries in a timely manner and manage support desk tasks through to completion with such follow up as is required. Evaluate user processes against system performance, operations and business requirements to ensure user experiences and business outcomes are optimised. Where required, investigate system modifications, configuration changes or user process changes as relevant to enhance system operations and performance in line with business and user requirements. Assisting users / stakeholders by documenting business requirements, work processes and/or functional specifications for user efficiency improvements and/or system change requests (including identifying, investigating and analysing scope of changes, expected outcomes, planning and completion of UAT test programs including regression testing, quality assurance and data integrity testing, and assisting to plan actual deployment programs) using relevant project management techniques and practices. Acting as a subject matter expert (SME) and central reference point / information source for users and stakeholders for provision of expert assistance and technical/user guidance on everything related to lendfast system support. Assist in database/SQL Management, system shutdowns/restarts, new release testing/sign off, if required based on skillset. Provide business process analysis and recommendations to improve productivity and achieve business goals. Identify potential software limitations and address for future development. Assist with co-ordination and direction of projects and projects related tasks. Assist in contributing, evaluating and proposing change management with Auswide Bank business units. Explore, design, and configure software application features in collaboration with software vendors to support Auswide Bank’s processes and business needs as required. Mentor and train other team members as required. Maintain and update technical documents and procedures as required. Clearly and effectively document all analysis and project work as required. Assist in the monitoring and correct configuration of User Access controls. Accurately log events and issues, along with the resolutions within the relevant software. Diagnose and resolve system/software/configuration obstacles. Collate and deliver any feedback/suggestions from users to the appropriate internal team.
