Base pay range A$105,000.00/yr - A$170,000.00/yr Specialist Accounting & Finance Recruiter TOM Executive Recruitment is working with a major banking institution to recruit several positions in their ESG reporting team. These roles are ranging from Senior Analyst to Senior Manager level as they are building out a new ESG function. Key Responsibilities: Performance Reporting: Internal and external reporting on climate commitments, financed emissions, sector-level targets, and sustainability funding, alongside governance of ESG reporting. Statutory Reporting: Compliance with mandatory climate-related reporting, regulatory requirements, and assurance standards. Data Strategy: Development of ESG data strategy, enhancing reporting capabilities, and managing end-to-end data processes. Climate Policy: Ensuring technical climate expertise for external reporting and supporting business units with standards interpretation. Key Experience: CA qualification and Big 4 experience preferred. Strong knowledge of climate-related mandatory disclosures. Exceptional reporting and analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to identify business drivers. Experience in preparing or auditing financial statements.
