IT End-User Computing (EUC) Manager Pay rate: $800 - $950 Per day including superAssignment: 3 Months, potential to go permanent afterLocation: Melbourne OR PerthPrimary Purpose Lead and manage the end-user computing environment to ensure seamless IT service delivery. Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and optimisation of hardware, software, and user support services. Align EUC operations with business goals while maintaining compliance with IT policies and security standards. Key Accountabilities Manage and support end-user devices, including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and collaboration tools (O365, Intune). Ensure efficient service delivery, including device imaging, patch management, and endpoint security. Oversee vendor relationships and evaluate service performance. Lead, mentor, and develop the EUC team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Monitor service desk performance, resolve escalated technical issues, and improve end-user experience. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and best practices for EUC operations. Ensure compliance with security policies, software patching, and regulatory requirements. Drive process improvements and implement proactive measures to enhance IT service quality. Essential Requirements 5+ years of experience in end-user computing, desktop support, or IT operations. 2+ years of leadership experience in IT service delivery. Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile device platforms. Proficiency in endpoint management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune, VMware Workspace ONE). Familiarity with Active Directory, group policies, and identity management. ITIL certification preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
