The Role: Working Monday - Saturday with a day off during the week, this is a fast-paced role supporting the most dynamic Principal with over a decade of experience. As the 'go-to' person, this position will see you utilize your administration, time management, and organizational skills regularly. On a daily basis, your duties will include:Oversee daily operations for the Director, listings, and team. End-to-end management of sales, properties, clients, and campaigns. Handle all listing admin, compliance, vendor reports, appraisals, and campaign materials. Coordinate all communication with vendors, buyers, tenants, solicitors, and trades. Prepare for listing presentations, open homes, auctions, and settlements.
