Job Description
EXPERIENCED STABLE HAND – FULLTIME/CASUAL Immediate start! Munce Racing requires an experienced, capable stable hand to join their stable. Applicants must have suitable experience working with horses and must be reliable and efficient workers. Duties will include: Grooming and washing horses, Walking and swimming horses, Saddling horses, Race day and trial strapping, General treatment and care of horses, General stable duties. Most importantly, we are looking for a person who demonstrates excellent horse handling skills, a willingness to integrate themselves into the team, and is honest, reliable, and self-motivated. Applicants must be available to work early morning shifts, afternoons, and weekends. A truck license is preferred but not essential. Rate of pay will be in accordance with the successful applicant’s experience and ability. Only apply if you have experience working with horses.
