Early Childhood Educator – Diploma (Kindergarten) Hourly Rate: $30.58 to $32.05 (rate dependent on level of experience)Closing: Friday 7 March 2025Part Time (30hrs p/w) – Permanent Greater Shepparton City Council’s Early Years team are seeking Diploma qualified educators to work in the role of an additional educator in our kindergarten programs. At Leslie Gribble Kindergarten children are provided with a safe and welcoming place to learn. The service caters to a multicultural community. We work together with families to ensure the needs of the children and the families are met. This role is a part-time position 30 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 8:45-2:45pm and Wednesdays 10:30am-4:30pm during school terms only. Applicants Must Hold The Following Current Qualifications And Certificates: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or actively working towards. Current HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an education and care setting. Current CPR – HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Criminal History Check (valid within six months). Current and valid Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC). Protecting Children – Mandatory reporting and other obligations early childhood.
