The opportunity Deliver developmentally appropriate and stimulating learning experiences that cater to the individual needs and interests of each child. Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore and learn. Establish and maintain open lines of communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns or questions. Work collaboratively with a team of other educators to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment. Stay current with best practices in early childhood education through continuous learning and professional development opportunities. You Minimum Cert III qualification in ECEC (or equivalent). Valid WWCC. Proven experience with EYLF, NQF and Child Safe Standards. Up to date Mandatory Reporting Child Protection certificate, food safety, red nose & sun smart (or willing to obtain).
