Job Description
The Role Exciting opportunity for an Aged Care Educator with a deep understanding of quality care to join a successful Residential Aged Care Facility on the NSW Mid North Coast. Responsibilities Include Achieve learning outcomes in accordance with the Aged Care Accreditation Standards Identify opportunities for improvement and offer practical support to close gaps Offer support to managers and staff on quality-related policies and procedures Provide mentorship and leadership to the care team Key Candidate Requirements Tertiary qualification in Nursing with AHPRA Registration Certificate IV Training and Assessment or equivalent At least three (3) years of experience as a Registered Nurse in Australia Strong knowledge of/experience with the Aged Care accreditation process Demonstrated experience with aged care quality systems and in continuous improvement and auditing Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, care governance, and clinical standards in aged care Previous experience working within a Residential Aged Care setting in a similar role Candidate Skills & Attributes Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities You’re a proactive, solutions-driven thinker with a passion for clinical excellence Genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly Benefits Flexible working arrangements Full-Time Monday to Friday Supportive organisation Salary packaging benefits Relocation assistance available Professional development financial support Recognition and rewards program & employee discounts If this sounds like you, email Candice at or click "Apply Now".
