Purpose of role: To deliver Blackmores business objectives and reinforce Blackmores health expert position, through effective, efficiency & innovative delivery of education, training & marketing services to our customers & consumers at all levels. Mastering on Blackmores products, able to plan and deliver effective HCP marketing program & education content to customers & consumers in inspiring ways. Being flexibility according to business demands & objectives to work collaboratively with key stakeholders such as key customers & distributors. Responsibilities include: HCP Marketing & Training Planning & execute marketing program nationally to HCP including pharmacy assistant, pharmacists and store managers, either in store or at arranged venues. Support on product training to Blackmores / Distributors staff and others where required, e.g. new product trainings, complementary medicine modules, corporate training, etc. Deliver products or corporate talks to targeted audience. Maintain necessary contact, where possible, with external key relationships including Vietnam Pharmaceutical Society, KOL HCP (Doctor/ Pharmacist) or non-HCP, key customers, corporate companies, relevant organisations, etc. Identify new training needs, education, talks opportunities. Plan, design agenda, lead & oversee education event (symposium, seminar, webinar etc) with distributor/ agency. Health Advisory, Consultation at all levels Provide responsible health advisory and consultation to consumers at all points of contact e.g. consumer appointments, consumer enquiry, consumer calls, social media enquiry, mobile promotions, consumer emails, livestream etc. Advise distributor’s CS team whose roles are Health Consultant to consumers. Manage SOP process for health advisory service and upkeep the health advisory line & activity e.g. consumer & health complaints, etc. Preparation of Education Content Assist with product manual page updates as required. Create and adapt where appropriate materials obtained from Blackmores Institute or Australia Education dept for session handouts, slides and other training tools. Liaise with local team, Blackmores Institute and Australia team of trainers, marketing, technical dept and others as needed to prepare new training materials to customer/consumer at all levels e.g. handouts, correspondence course, product manual updates, product fact sheets, slides, quizzes, leaflet, brochure, education video, social content. Understand SOP and prepare materials with attention to detail and accuracy following strictly Blackmores brand guideline. Manage the SOP process for new materials. Other Marketing Services Provide support to the marketing department as and when required. Prepare news articles, product information, etc as requested. Participate and assist in the implementation of agreed marketing activities e.g. media interviews, website/online activities, brand planning sessions, ground events, market analysis, PR activities, consumer activation/ event. Provide support to cross-functional areas such as Independent Pharmacies teams, Key Account teams, Product Advisors, ETC team i.e. hospital/ group presentation, product detailing to key customer or product detailing skill coaching. Manage close links with key marketing and sales teams; to identify training opportunities, help solve problems for which training is part of the solution and identify any training issues which may result from management decisions. Provide info and feedback on any competitors activities, product comparisons, new product concepts, analysis, etc that will contribute to improved plans. Provide support during crisis management/response on any product issues or adverse reaction. Who are you? Pharmacist or medical background is preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills. Energy, passion for naturopathy & innovation. Resilience. Be able to research him/herself to build scientific story for products. Software Applications - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Enterprise One, Access, SharePoint. Proficiency in both Vietnamese & English is highly desirable. Strong strategic thinking and executional skills, capable of building for simplicity, scale and repeatability. A team player with strong skills in the areas of influencing, motivation, relationship building, and communication. #J-18808-Ljbffr
