Minimum Requirements: To be eligible, you’ll need a bachelor’s degree, or a Diploma with at least 50% of your degree-study completed, as well as a current NSW Working with Children Check. What will you do? Play a vital role on the Centre leadership team, supervising & mentoring other educators. Leverage the latest research to design rigorous, differentiated, inclusive educational programs in line with The Early Years Learning Framework. Showcase innovation and creativity to make YA the top choice for local families. Follow Centre policies & procedures and the ECA Code of Ethics, maintain exemplary records and conduct comprehensive program evaluations. Promote positive behaviour & maintain a safe, healthy environment for the well-being of staff, children & stakeholders.
