We are excited to announce an opening for a Community Leader to join our esteemed team at Village Early Education Maiden Gully. Our facility is a state-of-the-art Long Day Care Centre, featuring six thoughtfully designed rooms, including a government-funded kindergarten program for three and four-year-old children. Additionally, we take pride in our expansive onsite kitchen, where our talented chef prepares a selection of nutritious and delicious meals for all children in our care. This is a unique leadership role developed within Village Early Education that enables tailored mentoring for on-floor employees, autonomy in your leadership style, and experience in overall centre management. As a member of our management team, you will work closely with the Centre Manager and collaboratively with the existing Community Leader.
