Join our team at Kirwan Early Learning Centre! We're looking for a qualified Educator and Lead Educator to help inspire and nurture young minds. About the position St Mary MacKillop Early Learning Centre, Kirwan is seeking a passionate Diploma Qualified Educator and Lead Educator to join their team on a permanent, part-time basis, working 37.5 hours per week. As a Lead Educator , you will have the chance to lead and mentor educators in the creation and delivery of programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. Working closely with our Centre Leader, you’ll drive continuous improvements in the educational experiences we offer to children. Kirwan ELC is led by a skilled leader who supports and empowers our dedicated team. We are seeking passionate and committed educators who are enthusiastic about early childhood education. In addition, we are participating in the Government Funded Workforce Retention Payments as part of our commitment to valuing and retaining talented Educators.
